For state service, the qualification to become a bodyguard only comes from training with the police or the Bundeswehr.
For the private sector, special security academies for personal protection are the right place to go. Here you take part in an IHK-certified course.
The training to become a bodyguard initially primarily deals with bodyguard services. The focus is on security analyzes and protection concepts as well as observation and reconnaissance techniques.
Personal protection training also includes training in dangerous and crisis situations. You will also learn how to apply life-saving emergency measures in an emergency. Legal and business management basics are also part of the teaching content.

Salary of bodyguard
